Hi, 
some users have reported windows start bugs (slow start or blocking at start)

As the upstream merge was not successful, this also unbreaks XP etc.
over current qemu-kvm" 
correct the problem 


(note that vapic.bin is remove,so we can remove it from /usr/share/kvm)
