VLAN configured on top of a bonded interface (active-backup) does not failover

for broadcom, there is a bugreport on redhat, seem to be a bug in rhel6.3 kernel

Hi, 
I'm testing kernel 2.6.32-14, 
and I'm having network bug with vlan over bonding. (network don't work) 
Tested with broadcom card (bnx2) driver. 

I'm not sure it's a driver bug, It's works fine If I remove bond. 

I see a bug report in the forum here.
