Do you know what is exactly the problem with the tab ? extjs bug ? (I didn't have problem with proxmox 1.9)
about tigervnc,I have compiled last version succefully.
For last libvnc, patches didn't applied.

so, basic html5 client has been commited in june 2012, seem to works, but buggy for now.
It's also using websockify for websocket.s
I'll try to have a look at spice to implement basic stuff (qxl videocard,...)

Basically that is the only bug I want to fix now. But we should also update 
to latest tigervnc, and maybe latest libvnc.

AFAIK they have browser plugin. But maybe it is too early for that.
