[pve-devel] Backup list

The list should include all backup files you have permissions to restore from?

Example: Customer with 2 VM, wants to restore backup of VM1 to VM2

Or should we limit it to backups of this specific VM (Admin can still use the storage tab
to restore other files)

Not sure about that. Other opinions?
