[pve-devel] IFF_VNET_HDR ioctl on tap device

The debian bugreport of user was about a string change in qemu , which cause libvirt to not doing ioctl, and perfs was slower.
So i'm not sure qemu do it himself.
I'll try to investigate about it this week,doing some iperf stats.

Are you sure we need that. Seem that is already in 

qemu-kvm/net/tap-linux.c (line 57) 

Or is that something else?
