yes,maybe ....

(and windows fill all the memory at boot ....)

That why i want do some tests to be sure to understand how it's work.

Sigh :-/ Does that mean that the VM always uses maxmem until the balloon driver is loaded? 
IMHO, that would be also very dangerous.
