[pve-devel] Qemu new device syntax work

Hi,

This is my first attempt to convert qemu command line to new device syntax.

I have tried to make separate commit for each device type.

I had convert disk (virtio,scsi,ide),serial,parallel,monitor.
I had made some modifications for hostpci. (1 line in config by hostpci device)
I also add some new devices (balloon,watchdog,sound)

I don't have yet fixed the pci slot number, i'm waiting validation for these commits before doing more works.
