Dietmar,

Attached is a diff with the following changes:

dinstall make option for redhat-cluster
use the enable attribute for pve-manager
create/delete functionaltiy for pve-manager

I have noticed that the enable option doesn't seem to function
properly because it does not load the current value from the user
data.  Can you verify the same issue?
