[pmg-devel] [PATCH pmg-docs] add explanation to recommended memory requirements

4 GiB of memory covers a standard installation with a normal amount
of emails (empirically). In case the installation does something more
out of the box like using a large amount of rules, extra signatures or
extra software (such as third-party antivirus), more might be necessary,
so explain that in a short paragraph.
