[pmg-devel] [PATCH pve-common v3 1/1] add PBSClient module

PBSClient.pm contains methods for:
* handling (sensitive) config-information (passwords, encryption keys)
* creating/restoring/forgetting/listing backups

code is mostly based on the current PBSPlugin in pve-storage
