[pmg-devel] [PATCH pmg-api/pmg-gui v2] add initial DKIM-Signing Support

hi,

first, signing works and i could send dkim signed mails :)

but after testing this there are a few points open (aside from my 
comments to the specific patches)

* as it is now, a user cannot create a new selector in the gui at all,
   because the default selector is pmg, but we die if there is no key for it

* i would rename the 'sign outgoing mails' to 'enable dkim signing'
   and move it to the top
