[pmg-devel] [PATCH pmg-docs 0/2] Add documentation for tls_policy and change links

The first patch adds a very minimal documentation for the handling of the
tls_policy file (related to the patches for pmg-api and pmg-gui, that were sent
over the past days).

The second patch simply changes those links in asciidoc/asciidoc-pmg.conf to
https, where the site offers an https version (I didn't want to start a separate
thread for such a tiny change).

The screenshot for the TLS tab would need updating, however I'm not sure whether
we sent those as "patches" over the mailing-list?
