[pmg-devel] uppercase in address receiver stats (and so on)

I've notice that if someone send a mail to foo at bar.com or FOO at BAR.COM in the
receiver stats this will be logged twice as FOO at BAR.COM and foo at bar.com

Is it a choice by design or is it a bug ?
