[pmg-devel] prepare for pve-commonj read_password depracation

we tried to stay mostly backward compatible but could stay for the pmgsh and
pvesh tool. Thus, mirroring the change from pvesh also switch to the
param_mapping method here, depend on the (not yet released) pve-common
and bump the version.
I'd then add a Breaks to pve-common on pmg-api << 5.0-74 and then bump it's
version.
