Fine for now, but I'd prefer to align this to the new variant, which PVE
adopted two years ago. For most users the pre-emption mode of their kernel
is really useless detail (there are many other kconfig options that have
a similar impact), and frankly I do not really get why it's included in
uname, but not our thing to change - displaying only the most relevant
here should be done in any case (but can be a follow-up to sync the look
over all places).
