[pbs-devel] [PATCH proxmox-backup v3 20/23] chunk store: reduce exposure of clear_chunk() to crate only

This helper method is only used by the local datastore cache to clear
chunk when evicted from the cache, freeing up space usage. This should
not be called from outside pbs-datastore crate.
