[pbs-devel] [PATCH v4 proxmox-backup 8/8] docs: mention gc-atime-cutoff as datastore tuning option

Document the gc-atime-cutoff option and describe the behavior it
controls, by adding it as additional bullet point to the
documented datastore tuning options.
