Some follow-ups for removable datastore, including
 * fix sync with older pbs versions
 * add Sys.Modify permission for endpoints
 * add docs
 * allow resetting 'unmount' maintenance mode trough API/CLI
    last patch also allows it through UI, just put it in, in case
    we want to allow that
