[pbs-devel] [PATCH proxmox-backup] docs: fix wrong product name in certificate docs

this got reported via e-mail - seems this one occurrence was
forgotten. grepped through the docs (and the whole repo) for 'Mail'
and 'Gateway', and it seems this was the only one.
