[pbs-devel] [PATCH proxmox-backup v7 3/4] switch from task_log! macro to tracing

Import `proxmox-log` and substitute all `task_log!`
(and task_warn!, task_error!) invocations with tracing calls (info!,
warn!, etc..). Remove worker references where it isn't necessary
anymore.
