Your processor has virtualization extensions (svm), OK, but did you
verify if it was enabled in the BIOS ?<br>
I can be wrong (no example before hand), but I guess that svm
extensions can appear even if they are disabled in BIOS.<br>

This flags are strage, PAE (Phisical Address Extension ) refers
to 32 bits CPU with memory extension ....<br>

Execute this :<br>

lshw -c cpu<br>

If you do not have it instaled :<br>

apt-get install lshw<br>
<br>
it will show the name of the processor ...<br>

but I am still unable to start a kvm VM. I checked the boot
process and noticed the kvm_amd module not being loaded. I
googled this and found it is normally when virtualization is
disabled in bios as is checked by the absence of vmx/svm in
cpuinfo. None of this seems to be correct , as you can see
svm is in cpuinfo<br>
