Great choice on using RAID 10, works beautifully for us.<br>
<br>
*Hardware* RAID is usually setup independently of what OS you
will be installing on the box. We use HP Servers and there are
BIOS options to configure your RAID devices *before* the server
is ready for use.<br>
<br>
I would strongly recommend hardware RAID with an on-board BBU
(battery backup unit) on the RAID controller.<br>

Windows, SUSE but i can not see debian or any other. now my need
is RAID 10 with Proxmox and CD is not compatible with Proxmox .
