Hello,<br><br>With kvm, you can do with date on the virtual machine all, what you wish. If you're root user on VM, there will be no problems.<br><br>With openvz, you'll get an error such "cannot set date: operation is not permitted", due some openvz technology restrictions. All virtual machines always have the same date and time, as their physical node. Actually, it is possible to allow modifying system date from VM (see Openvz project wiki), but it's way too insecure. <br>
