Most of the functionality is already implemented by vzctl: <a href="http://openvz.org/Vzctl_for_upstream_kernel">http://openvz.org/Vzctl_for_upstream_kernel</a>.<div><br></div><div>I would like to prepare preliminary patches that have "OpenVZ" working on upstream kernel. In order to do so:</div><div>1. Upgrade vzctl to 4.5</div><div>2. Update OpenVZ.pm to support different stats gathering method (instead of /proc/vz, use new cgroup fs).</div><div><br></div><div>For now, we don't have to change rest of logic which is based on vzctl, only slightly update current codebase. It will at least allow to run containers on 3.10 kernels.</div><div><br></div><div>Kamil</div><div><br></div></div></body></html>
