[PATCH pve-network 0/1] Fixed Netbox API Path

Seems that Netbox IPAM Plugin is originally copied from PHPIPAM
and use the wrong API Path.
It will cause the error when adding existed subnet with following error msg
"create sdn subnet object failed: Invalid response from server: 404 Not Found (500)"
