[pve-devel] [PATCH-SERIES v2 qemu] backup fixes

Create jobs in a drained section to avoid a crash with overlapping
block copy requests.

Get rid of the broken/experimental 'dir' backup format.

Patch 1/1 is new in v2. No changes since v1 for both other patches
(but patches were not in a series before).
